Privacy
This site has no forms, no accounts and no third-party trackers. This page sets out what personal data is processed when you visit or write to us, on what legal basis, and for how long it is kept.

Nothing is collected from you directly. There is no form, no account and no sign-up.
Hosting. The site is hosted and deployed by Vercel, which records a request log each time a page is served: IP address, user agent, the path requested, response status and a timestamp.
Analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics, which is cookieless. Visits are counted using a hash derived from the incoming request and rotated daily; it cannot be used to identify you or to follow you between sessions or across other sites. We receive page-level and aggregate figures only.
Correspondence. If you email us we hold your address, your message and any attachments you send.
Hosting logs and analytics are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating a secure, available site and understanding aggregate usage — GDPR Article 6(1)(f).
Correspondence is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding and, where an engagement follows, steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract — Article 6(1)(b).
No personal data collected through this site is used for advertising, profiling or automated decision-making.
This site sets no cookies and neither stores nor reads information on your device. Because the analytics is cookieless, no consent is required under Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive and no banner is shown.
Two processors act on our behalf: Vercel (hosting, deployment and analytics) and Google (email, via Google Workspace). Each is bound by its own data processing terms, which form part of our agreement with it.
Both are US-headquartered. Transfers outside the EEA rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. No personal data is sold, shared with advertisers, or disclosed to clients.
Google Search Console is used to read search-performance data Google already holds about this site. It runs no code here and processes nothing from your visit.
Vercel retains server request logs for one hour on our current plan. Web Analytics data has a one-month reporting window; Vercel may hold it beyond that so a plan can be upgraded without losing data.
Correspondence is not routinely deleted. It is kept as a record of the practice's dealings for as long as it may bear on a current or prospective engagement, and where an engagement follows, for as long as Greek tax and company law requires. You may ask us to erase your correspondence at any time and we will do so unless we are required to keep it.
You have the right to request access to your personal data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, and portability, and to object at any time to processing carried out on the basis of legitimate interest.
Requests go to info@mpc.com.gr and are answered within one month, at no charge.
Complaints about our handling of your data can be addressed to us directly at info@mpc.com.gr. This is without prejudice to your right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority, Kifissias 1–3, 115 23 Athens, dpa.gr.
